Terms of Service

Last updated: April 07, 2026

This service is operated by PulsorUp, an independent software service based in Brazil.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only to monitor systems, endpoints, or resources that you are authorized to access.

  • No unauthorized access, probing, or intrusion attempts
  • No use of the service to overload, scan, or attack third-party systems
  • No monitoring of private, internal, or restricted networks without authorization
  • No abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellations

Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes associated with your subscription. Features, usage limits, retention periods, and check intervals may vary by plan.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time, but changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the billing provider and plan settings.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features from time to time, and we will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect.

5. Service Availability and Monitoring Results

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, timeliness, or 100% accuracy of monitoring results, alerts, or notifications. Temporary failures in networks, DNS resolution, SSL/TLS, routing, third-party infrastructure, or destination services may affect checks and reported status.

6. Monitoring Behavior

The service performs automated checks against user-provided endpoints. You acknowledge that such checks may generate network requests to the specified URLs and that results may vary due to external factors beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to monitor the submitted endpoints.

7. Notifications and Third-Party Services

Notifications and alerts may rely on third-party services such as email providers, webhooks, or integrations. We do not guarantee delivery, timeliness, or availability of notifications through these external systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, service interruptions, or incorrect monitoring results.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security risks, harms the service, or negatively impacts other users or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
